The Greenville Police Department posted the following statement on this summer's Kids Camp:
"Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Greenville Police Department has learned that 5th graders from Bowie Elementary, Travis Elementary, and Carver Elementary were not given the forms to sign up for Kids Camp until Monday, May 22, 2023. The Greenville Police Department wants all the 5th graders at these schools to still be able to sign up for the camp; therefore, we are extending the deadline to Thursday, June 1, 2023.
"Please submit all paperwork, by this deadline, to the Greenville Police Department Records Division between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or you can scan the forms and email them to jhamilton@ci.greenville.tx.us or gbarrow@ci.greenville.tx.us.
"Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see your soon to be 6th Graders at the camp."
